The unit is beautifully remodeled. The finishes and amenities on the level I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Lots of towels and linens. The private patio is large and enclosed, private and safe. There is a bbq. The unit is one large room with a high quality queen bed and a fold out couch. The place has a spacious feel. I was here with my son two friends to celebrate his 18th birthday. I wanted a fun but not crazy neighborhood. Luquilo exceeded on all of those. It’s a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach with lots of palm trees for shade. We walked about a mile along the beach at night and it felt very safe. The beach front bar was mostly locals and they made us feel very welcome. The host, Euniz Rodriguez, is licensed. Their teams care really shows. They left free snacks as a welcome including a small bottle of champagne! The kitchen is small but well equipped with spices, a keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave, stove and modern refrigerator. You get a private reserved parking spot. The place was spotless and very well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants for brunch in front of the beach. The highlight of my experience was the helpfulness of the staff. They were always available, friendly, and eager to assist with anything I needed, whether it was recommendations for local activities or quick responses to requests. Ocean Villas Condo at WyndhamGrand Rio exceeded my expectations, Eunice provided us with detailed information where the condo was located. The facility was clean, courteous, helpful personnel.
